Renowned French multimedia artist Stéphane Blanquet, a prominent figure in the contemporary art scene since the late 1980s, is also the founder of the influential publishing house United Dead Artists. Since 2007, he has published over 100 titles featuring work by more than 200 artists, with Tranchées Racine standing out as one of his most celebrated and visually daring publications.
To accompany his solo exhibition at Halle Saint Pierre in Paris, Blanquet launched a special weekly edition of Tranchées Racine, running from September 2020 to January 2022. Each issue was personally curated to showcase a dynamic mix of images, comics, photography, and texts.
Issue No. 39, released in December 2021, features a fold-out reproduction of Paco Pomet’s Sizes I (2010). Printed with exceptional clarity, it offers collectors a rare, high-quality presentation of an early work within a landmark art publication.
