Catalogue from G-Train, an exhibition held at Sala Rivadavia in 2005. Commissioned by the Fundación Provincial de Cultura in Cádiz, this show marked a pivotal turning point in Paco Pomet’s career. Widely regarded by critics as the moment his work began to receive recognition beyond his local scene, G-Train helped introduce Pomet to a broader national and international audience.
The 24-page catalogue features Más corto que de costumbre (2004) (Shorter than Usual) on the front cover and includes essays by art critic Iván de la Torre Amerighi and Pilar Sánchez Muñoz, who was then Deputy of Culture for the Provincial Council of Cádiz. All 12 paintings exhibited in G-Train are documented within the catalogue.
The accompanying showcard completes the set of memorabilia from this landmark exhibition in Pomet’s early trajectory.
