Paco Pomet: Act In The Image at 42 Art Space, Beijing

Following on from Heatmap, Paco Pomet’s recent exhibition at Powerlong Museum in Shanghai, the Spanish artist has opened his second show in China of 2023.

Act In The Image, featuring 16 works that were all painted within the last year, marks Pomet’s first solo exhibition with Beijing based 42 Art Space.

“The work of Paco Pomet is highly iconoclastic, heir to that longstanding tradition in Western Art where the credible becomes a double-edged sword and starting point for the significant distortion that shakes the viewer’s eye.”

Pomet previously participated in 42 Art Space’s group exhibition ‘42IS’ and was included in their presentation at JINGART Platform 2022.

Act In the Image is open from 30th June - 30th July 2023.
